
Collaborate with project team members, including other licensed surveyors, engineers, and technical and survey staff.Responsible for survey calculations, analysis and final map checking, review of title data, record drawings research, and client relations.Evaluate policy and procedures to ensure all deliverables are done accurately and using the most efficient method.Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.Responsible for accuracy, timeliness, and financial performance of assigned projects.Prepare work plans, assemble project teams, delegate tasks, and ensure compliance with the scope and timely completion.

Planning, directing, and coordinating operations, including project managers, staff surveyors, techs, and field operations.Prepare contract change orders and supplemental agreements monitor project budgets.Report project cost and quality control activities to the client.Act as a representative for senior stakeholders at internal and external meetings.Establish deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize the progress of projects.Schedule fieldwork, office work, and project deliverables.Prepare client invoices, deliverables, and project-related correspondence.Oversee the production department of surveyors, project coordinators, and CAD Techs.Oversee management of project budgets, estimates, cost control, and schedules.As a PLS, you will be responsible for proper scheduling, budget, contract, and client interaction for all projects in your service area.
